Leslie Landry is a certified ITIL Expert, PRINCE2 Practitioner, and Maxwell Leadership Coach with over 16 years of hands-on experience in IT service management, organizational change, and leadership development. She works directly with executive teams and business units to align IT operations with business strategy, improve team performance, and lead culture-driven transformation. Her training and coaching programs are renowned for being highly practical, engaging, and results-driven.
Leslie has worked with Microsoft, Siemens, Boeing, the Federal Reserve Bank, the USDA, and multiple state governments. Her areas of expertise include ITSM frameworks, change management, team building, and strategic leadership training.
MIKE VIKDAL
Mike Vikdal is an ITIL Expert with certifications in ITSM, DevOps, Cloud Computing, and holds a degree in Microcomputer Technology. He is a co-author of the Direct, Plan, and Improve volume in ITIL v4. With 23+ years of experience, Mike has delivered numerous simulations and tech integrations resulting in high client satisfaction.
