The Outward vs. Inward Mindset

(2 Day Course)

This course explores the critical differences between an outward (growth) mindset and an inward (fixed) mindset. While we’ll touch on how these mindsets influence all areas of life, the primary focus is on their effects in the workplace—on relationships, performance, and productivity. The outward mindset is characterized by an awareness of team goals and the belief that growth and change are possible. In contrast, the inward mindset centers on personal goals with limited concern for the team and often reflects a belief that people cannot change.

Through a blend of lecture, case studies, and interactive activities, participants will gain a foundational understanding of these two opposing mindsets and how to shift toward a more collaborative and adaptive way of thinking.
