While Transformational leaders chart the course from current state to future state, Servant leaders play the role of coach, helping teams adapt and embrace change. This course explores the essential role of Servant Leadership in supporting Organizational Change Management (OCM) and building cohesive, resilient teams.

The concept of Servant Leadership, coined by Robert K. Greenleaf in his 1970 essay The Servant as Leader, emphasizes the growth and well-being of individuals and communities. Unlike traditional leadership, which consolidates power at the top, the Servant Leader shares power, puts others first, and helps people grow and perform at their best.
