Your Team's Compliance Readiness Layer
Compliance is won or lost at the team level. Aspen Transformation trains and prepares your people — giving them the knowledge, process discipline, and ownership your organization needs to meet its regulatory obligations.
We are not a certification body, assessor, or implementation firm. We are the training and readiness layer — the people who prepare your team so your organization can credibly meet its compliance obligations. Built on a decade of ITSM and leadership training with enterprise and government clients.
Two Compliance Lanes. One Foundation.
Both programs are built on top of Aspen's ITSM and leadership foundation — the same operational maturity that enterprise organizations have relied on for years.
CMMC Readiness Training
Team readiness for CMMC Level 2 compliance — control awareness, documentation discipline, and the ITSM process maturity that NIST SP 800-171 requires. Designed for defense contractors and regulated organizations with a November 2026 deadline.
AI Governance Training
ISO/IEC 42001 awareness and AI governance readiness for organizations deploying AI. Build the governance framework your AI adoption already requires — before regulators, auditors, and customers make it mandatory.
ITSM & Leadership Training
Compliance sits on top of operational maturity. If your team hasn't built that foundation yet — ITIL 4, PRINCE2, process discipline, servant leadership — that's where we start.
Compliance Readiness — Common Questions
What organizations ask us before engaging.
01.What does 'compliance readiness training' actually mean?
It means preparing your team — not just your systems — to meet a compliance mandate. Technology tools and policy documents aren't enough on their own; the people who operate them need to understand the requirements, own their piece of the standard, and maintain the practices that compliance demands. Aspen Transformation is the training and readiness layer that makes your team capable of meeting those obligations.
02.Which compliance frameworks do you support?
Our current primary focus areas are CMMC Level 2 (defense contractor readiness), NIST SP 800-171 (Controlled Unclassified Information), and ISO/IEC 42001 (AI governance and management systems). All three sit on top of the ITSM and process maturity foundation we've built with clients for years. Additional frameworks may be in scope — book a consultation and we'll assess fit.
03.How does Aspen Transformation differ from a compliance assessor or consultant?
We are the training and readiness layer — not an assessor or implementer. We don't conduct CMMC assessments, we don't write your SSP, and we don't sell you compliance tools. We train your team. That distinction matters because the human readiness gap is what most organizations underinvest in, and it's often what causes assessments to go poorly even when the technical controls are in place.
04.Do you work with organizations outside Idaho?
Yes — we deliver training nationally via virtual instructor-led formats, and on-site for organizations in the greater Boise, Idaho area and beyond when travel scope is appropriate. Leslie has trained teams at organizations across the country, including in the Pacific Northwest, the Mountain West, and nationally distributed enterprise environments.
